Palak studied systems design at Georgia Tech, the study of how people, processes, and tools connect, where friction happens, and what makes a new system actually stick. She has worked as a designer and systems analyst at Panasonic, Voltas, and Genuine Parts Company (USA), assessing how teams work and recommending what to improve. She brings that same thinking to AI implementation. She does not arrive with a standard course.
